Add ¾ cup clean or purified or distilled water.  (Don’t use tap water if it has chlorine or fluoride in it) The water can be cool, room temperature or warm. 

Add a teaspoon of the powdered minerals
Stir until the minerals dissolve

Wear a plastic cap if you don’t want the minerals to get your hair wet. 

The Face Bra is made out of cotton and non-latex elastic fabric. Dip The Face Bra into the mineral liquid so the minerals have completely saturated it.  Pinch out the excess so it isn’t dripping when you put it on.

Start by attaching two ends around your neck

Next.. take the two remaining ends and hold the fabric under the chin.

Gently pull up and then back.  If you pull back as you pull up, your cheeks will be pushed forward.  This won’t be a comfortable fit so pull straight up and then back.  

Attach the two ends at the top back of your head

To wear the forehead band, lift your eyebrows, wrap the band around your forehead and attach the two Velcro ends.

Adjust so you have a comfortable fit.

Wear The Face Bra for 45-60 minutes per treatment.
While you wear The Face Bra, put the remaining minerals into the squeeze bottle and baste your face every 5-10 minutes with fresh minerals.  Use a towel to catch the drips.
The Face Bra should not feel tight but it should feel comfortably snug.
While you’re wearing The Face Bra you can do just about anything.
