SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICYOrder Processing: We ship within 2 business days of receipt of order. We offer several options for shipping method and cost of shipping, at the time you place your order. Shipping via the US Postal Service (USPS) is the most cost effective, but the tracking capability is limited. If you need good tracking, please choose a carrier other than USPS. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been shipped. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within a couple of days after placing your order, please check your SPAM email box or contact Mia Michel, our shipping manager at: miamichel@thefacewrap.com Domestic Orders: Shipping within the US is free on all orders over $150. Free shipping is via USPS Priority with an estimated arrival of 2-4 business days once shipped. International and Canadian Orders: Shipping fees have increased tremendously over the past year. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our International customers. We do not add handling fees. The most cost effective shipping method is USPS Global Priority or USPS Global Express. We cannot guarantee shipping time with these methods. The estimated arrival is one week after shipping but can vary between 5 and 21 days, depending on your location. If you need your order IN A HURRY, or if you want daily tracking, please choose Fed Ex or DHL as your shipping method. Canada: For Canadian orders, delivery is dependent on the speed of the Canadian Customs Office. If you need your order IN A HURRY, we recommend choosing Overnight as your shipping method. Italy: For shipments to Italy, we only ship via USPS Global Express or Overnight. This is due to the high percentage of shipments that are lost or undelivered if we ship the less expensive method via USPS Global Priority. Return Policy: We have a less than one half of one percent return rate (That is almost unheard of)! We offer a 30 day return, no questions asked, money back guarantee. To receive this, we do ask that the items are returned within 30 days of purchase. Full payment, less shipping will be refunded to you without delay.
